Bulldozers and cranes are everywhere in the Carolina Core and there are scores of prime properties available at some of the best values in North Carolina.
At last count, the Carolina Core offered more than 7,700 acres of land ready for development, well over 27 million square feet of existing office space in nearly every corner of the expansive region and 208,000 square feet of new office space under construction. In addition, more than 7.3 million square feet of industrial and flex space is now available, under construction or available for build to suit.
