Chatham Park
Chatham Park is a planned mixed-use development covering more than 7,000 acres adjacent to Jordan Lake and Pittsboro, North Carolina. At full build out, the project is expected to add 60,000 residents and will house 22 million square feet of office, research, retail and community space.
