IQE Expanding in Greensboro, Adding 31 Jobs
IQE, a semiconductor manufacturer based in the United Kingdom is expanding its Greensboro manufacturing operation with an expected 31 new jobs by the end of 2026.
The new jobs will primarily be technicians and engineers working on semiconductor production, with an average salary of approximately $66,000 a year.
IQE’s wafers and materials are used in handsets, telecommunications infrastructure, connected devices and three-dimensional sensing.
